Our story

Back in 2012, we saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between online and offline retail. By embracing innovation, we successfully launched an in-store customer engagement solution in India and the UAE with brands like DIESEL, Big Bazaar, Being Human, US Polo Association, and Giordano.

Fynd is now a multi-platform technology company powering India's largest omnichannel ecosystem. What began with a few store installations in 2012 has grown into a network supporting 2,300+ brands and reaching over 20 million consumers across India and beyond.

Today, our story has evolved into the Fynd you know, built on the simple idea of making things better through innovation.

Farooq Adam

Founder

Farooq is the visionary behind Fynd's commerce ecosystem, driving key partnerships with Reliance and Jio, and continually pushing the boundaries of retail technology. Passionate about building great products and fostering an innovation-driven culture, Farooq believes deeply in the power of talented teams. Outside the office, he enjoys scuba diving adventures, capturing memorable moments through photography, and exploring scenic trails.

SMG heads Fynd's AI initiatives, powering transformative platforms like Kaily.ai, Boltic.io, Pixelbin.io, and GlamAR.io. A designer at heart, endlessly curious, and driven by the pursuit of excellence, he values honesty and authenticity both in work and life. Known for his hands-on style, SMG enjoys learning new disciplines, constantly connecting dots across technology, design, and business. Away from the screen, you'll often find him immersed in a good book, or discovering new cities.
